This product is made of potatoes which have been washed, sorted, peeled, sliced, blanched, dried, pre-fried in plant oil, chilled and packaged.
The processed potatoes are procured from approved potato suppliers who comply with local legislation and regulations, certified for GLOBAL-GAP and/or have VVA, QS-GAP or IKKB certificates for potatoes and who meet Aviko’s strict quality criteria.
